Dental Front Desk Rockstar – Small, Friendly, One-Dentist Practice

We’re a small, privately owned, one-dentist practice looking for a Dental Front Desk Rockstar who knows that a great dental office runs on teamwork, reliability, and a positive attitude.
We work hard, take good care of our patients, support each other, and believe in having a life outside of work. No weekends, no late nights, and no office drama — just a team of people who show up, do their best, and go home proud of their work.
What You’ll Do
Welcome patients with a friendly, professional attitude and help create a great patient experience.
Manage scheduling, confirmations, patientcheck-in/check-out, and phone calls.
Handle insurance verification, claims, treatment estimates and patient payments.
Keep the schedule organized and help the day run smoothly.
Communicate clearly with the dentist, patients, and the rest of the team.
Jump in wherever needed. In a small office, we all wear a few hats!
Help maintain an organized, efficient,and welcoming front desk.
