Dental Front Desk

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Dental Front Desk Coordinator to join our dental team. This role is the first point of contact for patients and plays a key part in delivering an excellent patient experience.

Responsibilities include greeting and checking in patients, answering phones, scheduling and confirming appointments, verifying dental insurance, collecting co-pays, and managing patient records. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Additional duties may include handling treatment plan presentations, coordinating with clinical staff, managing patient flow, and supporting overall office operations.

Requirements:

Prior experience in a dental or medical front office preferred

Strong customer service and communication skills

Knowledge of dental insurance (PPO/HMO/Medicaid) is a plus

Familiarity with dental software (Dentrix or Denticon.)

Ability to multitask and stay organized

We are looking for someone who is dependable, professional, and passionate about patient care.

Compensation & Benefits:

Guaranteed Hourly Rate $22-$25 on up
