Job Title: Front Office Receptionist – Dental Office
Location: Heber City
Company: Heber Valley Dental
Schedule: Tuesday–Friday
Pay Range: $18–$20/hour DOE
Position Summary
Heber Valley Dental is seeking an energetic, organized, and professional Front Office Receptionist to join our growing dental team in Heber City, Utah. The ideal candidate is outgoing, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced dental office environment while delivering exceptional customer service to patients.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Greet and check in patients with a friendly, professional attitude
Answer phones and schedule patient appointments
Verify insurance benefits and update patient records
Manage front desk operations and patient communication
Assist with treatment coordination and office organization
Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area
Support the dental team with administrative duties as needed
Qualifications
1–2 years of receptionist, front office, or administrative experience preferred
Dental office experience preferred but not required
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy office
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Experience with dental software is a plus
