Work closely with the Receptionist and Office Lead to maintain smooth patient flow and front-office coverage
Identify insurance, scheduling, or account issues and escalate them appropriately
Utilize Oryx and other office technology systems accurately and efficiently
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Previous dental office experience strongly preferred; medical office experience will also be considered
Experience verifying insurance benefits strongly preferred
Comfortable working with insurance information, patient accounts, and administrative details
Oryx experience preferred
Strong communication skills and a professional, caring demeanor
Comfortable with technology and able to learn new systems quickly
Organized, accurate, and attentive to detail
Able to prioritize and stay composed in a busy front-office environment
