Job Description
Hants County Dental Centre is hiring a Front Desk Administrator
We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and professional individual to join our welcoming dental team. As the first point of contact, you’ll play an important role in creating a positive experience for our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and check in patients in a warm, professional manner
Answer and direct phone calls
Schedule and confirm appointments
Manage patient records and process payments
Coordinate with the clinical team to keep the day running smoothly
What We’re Looking For:
Strong communication and customer service skills
Excellent organization and multitasking abilities
Comfortable using computers and dental software
Previous reception or dental experience is an asset, but not required
A positive, team-oriented attitude
