Front Desk Associate

LJ Dental is a fast growing dental clinic in Coconut Creek, and we are seeking a Front Desk Associate / Receptionist.

In this role you'll become the first point of contact for every patient on our fully booked schedule, providing exceptional customer service while managing a variety of administrative and clinical support tasks, such as:
Greet and engage patients with a positive, welcoming attitude
Answer phones, schedule appointments, and confirm visits
Check patients in and out and keep patient information accurate
The ideal candidate is someone who is friendly, professional, and detail-oriented. We are looking for someone with good communication skills who can connect well with patients and always make them feel welcome.

No prior dental experience required, as long as you have a positive attitude and are willing to put in the work and learn on the job!

This is a full time role that occurs over 4 days a week
Pay: $14.00 - $28.00 per hour
