Front Desk Associate/Receptionist Dental Office

Greenburg Pediatric Dentistry is looking for a front desk receptionist.

Our office is growing, and we're looking for the right person to join our office family. We are a long standing pediatric dental office that is passionate about giving our patients the best individualized pediatric care from beginning to end.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 36 per week
Position Requirements:
Must be available to work until 7:00pm Monday-Thursday
Must be available Sundays 8:00am-3:00pm
Office is closed on holidays
Strong communication and customer service skills
Friendly, positive attitude and the ability to work well with children and families
Organized, Dependable and multitask
Responsibilities may include:
Greeting patients and families with a warm and friendly attitude
Scheduling appointments
Answering phones and assisting with patient inquiries
Insurance verification and processing
Collecting payments and maintaining patient records
Support clinical team
Pay: $18.00 - $26.00 per hour
