Responsibilities
Greet patients and vendors with professionalism and warmth, ensuring a positive first impression
Answer multi-line phone systems promptly and courteously, making appointments and scheduling surgery dates
Handle data entry into computer system, bill insurance and create treatment plans
Support office management by overseeing office supply inventory, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting with clerical tasks
Provide customer support by addressing inquiries efficiently and offering helpful information about services or appointments
Utilize computer skills
Qualifications
Proven office or clerical experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong communication skills with professional phone etiquette; bilingual abilities are a plus
Experience with multi-line phone systems, data entry, scheduling appointments and experience with dental insurances
Previous experience as a receptionist in dental settings is advantageous but not required
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a friendly demeanor in a fast-paced environment
