Job Description
We are looking to bring on an experienced dental receptionist to act as the connecting link between the front desk and the back office. In this role your responsibilities would include, but are not limited to :
Greeting patients as they come in
Answering phones calls
Ensuring the schedule is full and productive
Treatment Planning
Bringing patients to treatment rooms
Confirming appointments
Updating forms and collecting payments
Checking routers and insurance eligibility
Communicating between assistants and doctors
As a large dental practice with over 17 doctors, we have a large staff that works as a team. Each staff is assigned to a specific doctor and is ultimately responsible in ensuring there provider is productive and fully booked. We accept a multitude of insurances and see a wide range of individuals. Spanish speaking preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
