Grace Wellness PLLC is seeking a friendly, organized and dependable Front Desk Receptionist/ Check out Coordinator to join our growing chiropractic and wellness team.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, thrives in a fast-paced environment and can create a warm, welcoming experience for every patient.

Position Overview
The Front Desk Receptionist is responsible for delivering an exceptional patient experience from check-in to check-out. You will manage scheduling, payments, patient communication, and daily front-office operations.

Key Responsibilities
Greet patients warmly and professionally
Schedule appointments and manage Provider schedules
Handle patient checkout and collect payments
Verify patient information and maintain accurate records
Answer phones, texts, emails and respond to patient questions
Assist with insurance and financial paperwork
Maintain accurate patient records in our EHR system
Keep the front desk and lobby organized and welcoming
Support office flow and communication between departments
Qualifications
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Positive attitude and professional appearance
Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability
Comfortable with computers and scheduling software
Ability to work well in a team environment
Previous chiropractic, medical, dental or front office experience preferred but not required.
