Front Desk Concierge, Luxury Medical Aesthetics (Part-Time)

Boxxed Aesthetics & Wellness is a new luxury medical aesthetics and wellness clinic founded and led by a Trauma ICU Registered Nurse. Our flagship clinic is currently being built in Stouffville, and we temporarily operate from our Richmond Hill location while it's completed. Everything here is new: the space, the brand, and the equipment, from our laser and skin technology to a modern cloud-based booking system that actually makes your job easier. No fax machines, no paper charts, no legacy chaos.

This is a founding team position. You will help shape how the clinic runs from day one, and as we grow, the people who grew with us come first.

The role
The front desk is the first and last impression of the Boxxed experience. We are looking for a concierge, not just a receptionist: someone warm, polished, and genuinely organized, who makes every patient feel looked after from the moment they walk in.

What you'll do
Welcome patients, manage check-in and checkout, and keep the front of the clinic calm and beautiful
Manage the booking calendar: schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments by phone, text, and email
Answer patient questions about treatments, memberships, and products, and route clinical questions to the nursing team
Process payments, memberships, and retail skincare purchases
Keep patient records accurate in our clinic software and handle all patient information with complete discretion
Support day-to-day operations: supplies, tidiness, opening and closing routines
What we're looking for
Customer service or front desk experience (medical spa, dental, medical office, salon, or hospitality)
Excellent written and spoken English; confident on the phone and over text
Organized, reliable, and composed; you keep things running smoothly without making it look like work
Comfortable learning clinic software (we use Aesthetic Record; full training provided)
Professionalism and discretion that match a luxury medical setting
A genuine interest in aesthetics and wellness is a real asset
Weekend availability is required
Hours, location, and perks
Part-time, approximately 20 to 30 hours per week
Clinic hours are Wednesday to Sunday, 10:00 am to 8:00 pm (closed Monday and Tuesday); shifts will include weekends
Flagship clinic in Stouffville; you are applying for this location, and you should be comfortable commuting
