Front Desk Coordinator

We practice state of the art dentistry in a fun and engaging office environment. We are a boutique pediatric dental office looking for a caring and motivated front office receptionist who is excited to grow our practice!

Description:
The Front Office Coordinator is responsible for the full life cycle of the patient engagement process. They greet patients, take phone calls, manage schedules & follow up overdue visits.

Position
· Part time
· Schedule: Tuesday-Thursdays 8:30am - 5:30pm.

Responsibilities:
Daily Tasks: Perform office opening and closing procedures. Answer incoming phone calls, texts, and emails. Ensure patients complete all necessary paperwork and verify payment prior to appointment.

Check-In: Welcome patients upon arrival. Keep patient files up to date. Input new patient registration forms, track referral source, and photo.

Schedule Management: Confirm appointments & operations at least one week in advance. Maintain patient waitlist and fill open slots on schedule.

Check Out: Check out patients, collect payments, and schedule next appointment.

Follow Ups: Write new patient letters, prepare and mail thank-you notes to referring practitioners, email gift card to referring patients.

Assist with other duties as assigned.

Experience with Dentrix software or Willing to Learn.

Strong typing/computer skills mandatory
