Job Description
Company Overview
No dental experience is required. Buckeye Endodontics is a small, dedicated dental practice specializing in root canal treatments. We see only one patient at a time, allowing everyone to offer one-on-one attention to our patients. We do not take walk-in appointments. Our team is collaborative, cross-training is optional, and committed to providing efficient, professional care while maintaining a friendly and supportive environment. We prioritize punctuality and excellent patient service in a streamlined setting. The hourly rate offered would depend on your customer service experience, not just whether you had dental experience, but also on your attitude.
Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Desk Coordinator to join our dental office team. In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for patients. You will be trained to manage appointment scheduling and insurance verification and handle day-to-day office tasks. Your proactive and positive approach will ensure smooth daily operations, deliver exceptional patient experiences, and address any questions from referring dentists. We are happy to train the right candidate. We offer medical benefits to the employee only after 1 year of service. There would be an out-of-pocket cost for the employee that varies based on the premium cost, but the practice would also pay toward the employee's premium to help reduce costs.
