Schedule

* Monday – Thursday: 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM

* Friday: 7:45 AM – 1:00 PM (Enjoy up to 2 paid Fridays off per month!)

* Hours: Consistent 38 hours per week

Job Responsibilities

* Patient Coordination: Greet patients, answer phones, and manage the practice scheduling.

* Financial Management: Verify insurance benefits, collect patient co-pays, and process payments.

* Treatment Planning: Present and explain diagnosed treatment plans and financial options to patients.

* Office Operations: Manage dental billing and oversee inventory purchasing for office supplies.

Qualifications

* Experience: 1+ years of dental front desk experience is ideally preferred, but we are willing to train the right person.

* Software: Experience with Eaglesoft is highly preferred.

* Skills: Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a warm, patient-first attitude.

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
