Front Desk Coordinator

We are seeking a part time, front desk coordinator for our Eng Orthodontic team! We are seeking for someone with high moral character to perform clerical and administrative functions while providing our patients and their families with the very best possible customer service. You must be reliable, punctual, and work well as a team! Self motivator and willingness to learn new things. Must be detail oriented.

Essential Functions/Location
· Scheduling appointments for patients
· Answering multiple phone lines
· Running and maintaining reports
· Verifying insurance benefits
· Handling internal/external correspondence
· Building patient relationships
