What You’ll Do:
Be the welcoming face and voice of our wellness center
Manage a multi-line phone system and greet patients with warmth and professionalism
Schedule appointments and ensure patient flow runs smoothly
Verify insurance eligibility and accurately input CPT codes
Utilize various tech platforms for scheduling, communication, and record-keeping
Support patients with therapies and other in-office needs
Maintain a clean, organized, and peaceful front office environment
Collaborate closely with doctors and team members to provide an exceptional experience
Compensation:
$22/hour base
Bonus $1-3/hr
Performance bonus opportunities
