Job Description
We’re a friendly, patient-focused dental office looking for a warm, dependable Front Desk Coordinator to join our team full-time. This role is straightforward, well-supported, and we’ll train you step-by-step on our systems from day one.
No dental experience needed. If you’re coming from customer service, hospitality, retail, reception, or office admin, you may be a great fit—we can teach the rest.
What you’ll do
Greet patients and create a welcoming first impression
Answer phones, schedule appointments, and help manage the daily flow
Send confirmations and keep the schedule organized
Check patients in/out and collect copays/payments
Help with basic paperwork and keeping the front area tidy
Communicate clearly with the team so the day runs smoothly

Can juggle a steady flow of small tasks without getting overwhelmed
Are dependable—on time, consistent, and accountable

Schedule & pay
Full-time, Monday and Wednesday 8-430. Hours grow as the schedule fills and we open more days at our new office.
No nights
Competitive pay (based on overall work experience)

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
