Work Schedule
Monday: 7:00 AM–12:30 PM, 2:00 PM–6:45 PM (1-hour lunch break)
Tuesday: 1:00 PM–6:45 PM
Wednesday: 7:00 AM–11:30 AM, 2:00 PM–6:45 PM
Thursday: 1:00 PM–7:45 PM
Friday: 7:00 AM–1:00 PM
Weekends: Closed

What You'll Do
Welcome patients with warmth, enthusiasm, and professionalism
Answer phones and provide outstanding customer service
Schedule appointments and manage patient communications
Assist patients with paperwork and office procedures
Help coordinate patient flow throughout the day
Support basic financial conversations and scheduling needs
Maintain an organized, efficient, and positive front office environment
Work closely with the team to create an exceptional patient experience
