Responsibilities:
Maintain a high level of customer service at all times
Work as part of a team with an emphasis on communication
Schedule patient appointments per month and daily patient goals
Answer phones and confirm appointments
Greet and check in patients
Accurately verify dental benefits
Maintain detailed patient records in a fast-paced environment
Collect payments, co-payments, and deductibles
Create insurance claims and submit pre-authorizations to insurance companies on a timely basis
Pull patient charts for future appointments when necessary
Maintain a clean and professional office environment
Assist with presenting and/or explaining treatment plans
Qualifications:
Bilingual (Spanish) - Preferred
Customer Service experience
Dentrix and/or Eaglesoft

Dental Dreams, LLC was founded by Dr. Sameera Hussain in 2001, when she opened her first office in Aurora, Illinois. Approximately 1 year later, Dr. Hussain opened her second clinic in Riverside, IL. Soon after the opening of her second office, Dr. Hussain realized that there was a widespread need for quality dentistry in the under served communities of Illinois. She then made it her mission to serve these communities by expanding her practice. Today, in 2021, Dental Dreams has expanded to over 69 office locations throughout the United States, including California, Illinois, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Mexico, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Texas, Virginia, and Washington DC. Our mission is to provide the highest quality dental services in the first-class facilities to people in under served communities. We have more than 300 dentists staffing our offices nationwide.
