We are looking for a friendly, welcoming Front Desk Receptionist to work with our customers. You will be responsible for providing our clients with excellent service to ensure their needs are met. As a Front Desk Person, you will be in charge of welcoming visitors, scheduling appointments, doing payment options for treatment, going over how patients insurance works, and answering telephones. You should be outgoing and enjoy being around people. To succeed in this role, you should be efficient in communicating with customers and have great phone etiquette. You will have to ensure that the reception area is always tidy.
Responsibilities:
Manage the schedules of multiple Doctors and Hygienists.
Welcome visitors by directing them to the appropriate person.
Handle enquiries about company products and services, general knowledge and location of office, etc.
Answer and screen telephone calls in a professional manner and direct callers to the correct extension, when necessary.
Organize office supplies in reception area based on company procedures.
Go over break down of Insurance coverage with patients for their treatment.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
