Front Desk/Dental Insurance Receptionist

Crossroads Family Dentistry is looking for a friendly, dependable, and organized team member to join our office! If you enjoy helping people, staying organized, and working in a positive, fast-paced environment, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do:
Welcome patients and help create a positive first impression.

Answer phones, schedule appointments, and assist with patient questions.

Verify dental insurance benefits and explain coverage to patients.

Submit and follow up on insurance claims.

Collect payments and help patients understand their treatment estimates.

Keep patient records accurate and up to date.

Work closely with our clinical team to ensure each patient’s visit runs smoothly.

Assist with other front office duties as needed.

What We’re Looking For:
Previous dental office or dental insurance experience is preferred.

Friendly, professional, and compassionate with excellent customer service skills.

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.

Comfortable using computers; Eaglesoft experience is a plus.

Reliable, motivated, and enjoys working as part of a team.
