Downtown Walnut Creek dental office looking for a full time front dental receptionist.
Work details include:
Checking DHMO and PPO dental insurance benefits
Greeting incoming patients
Answering multiple phone lines
Handling patient questions
Handling scheduling of patients
Review of voicemail and email
Coordinating planned treatment with patients and doctors
Other clerical work consistent with those for a dental receptionist
