Job Description

We are luxury boutique dental practice located in the Nomad area of NYC. We are looking for a ROCKSTAR competent Dental Receptionist. You should be well-organized with great attention to detail. You should be able to have FUN, follow instructions and respect dental office regulations. As the first point of contact for our esteemed clientele, you'll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service and ensuring the smooth operation of our reception area.
We are currently in the office on Monday-Thursday from 8:30am to 5:30pm with the intentions of opening for Friday hours in the near future. You will work approximately 35-40 hours per week at a competitive hourly rate.
Responsibilities
Warmly greet patients and visitors upon arrival.
Manage appointments and scheduling efficiently.
Handle phone calls and inquiries with professionalism.
Coordinate patient records and paperwork accurately.
Experience with Dentrix Ascend and/or Dentrix preferred.
Maintain the smooth flow of operations in the reception area.
Provide exceptional customer service.
Possess excellent communication and organizational skills.
Maintain a friendly demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures.

Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
