Job Description
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-oriented individual to join our dental practice as a Front Desk Dental Receptionist. for Saturdays . If interested, extra days/ can be added. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients and will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk.
Responsibilities:
Foster a warm and inviting atmosphere that puts our patients at ease and ensures an exceptional dental experience.
Manage the day-to-day operations of the dental office, including appointment scheduling, patient check-ins, and insurance verification.
Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries, addressing concerns, and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to our practice.
Collaborate with dental providers to optimize patient scheduling, treatment plans, and follow-up care.
Ensure compliance with all dental regulations, protocols, and safety standards.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in dental office administration and/or management is required.
Proficiency in Eaglesoft is required.
Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities to effectively manage a fast-paced office environment.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with patients, staff, and dental providers in a friendly and professional manner.
Strong leadership skills to motivate and inspire a team to achieve common goals.
A positive and energetic attitude with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding patient care.
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
