Duties
Greet patients warmly and assist them with check-in and check-out procedures.
Perform insurance verification and ensure all necessary documentation is collected.
Handle phone calls with professionalism, addressing inquiries and scheduling appointments.
Maintain patient records accurately using computerized systems.
Provide excellent patient service by addressing concerns and ensuring a positive experience.
Collaborate with dental staff to streamline operations and improve patient flow.
Skills
Excellent phone etiquette with strong communication skills.
Ability to operate computerized systems efficiently.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing patient records.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
