Front Desk ReceptionistJoin Our Team
We are looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Front Desk Receptionist to join our growing dental practice. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming experience while ensuring the efficient day-to-day operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome patients and visitors with a warm, professional, and compassionate attitude.
Answer incoming phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to the appropriate team members.
Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments while maintaining an accurate office calendar.
Verify dental insurance eligibility and benefits, and assist patients with billing and payment questions.
Maintain accurate patient records while ensuring strict compliance with HIPAA privacy and confidentiality standards.
Provide administrative support, including filing, scanning, faxing, and managing office correspondence.
Assist with general office operations, including ordering supplies and supporting clinical staff with non-clinical tasks such as instrument sterilization when needed.
Communicate effectively with patients to ensure a positive and seamless experience from check-in to check-out.
Qualifications
Previous experience as a dental receptionist or in a similar healthcare front office role required.
Knowledge of dental terminology, insurance verification, and appointment scheduling.
Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and a strong commitment to patient confidentiality.
Experience with dental practice management software; Curve Dental experience is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and remain calm in a busy environment.
