Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and highly organized Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our office. This vital role involves managing front desk operations, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting administrative functions to ensure smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be proficient with office technology, and be able to multi task. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will help create a positive first impression for patients. Experience with Eaglesoft is a plus but not required. Dental experience is a must.
Responsibilities
Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly.
New patient coordinator- manage all aspects of new patients joining the practice, from the initial phone call, new patient paperwork, and gathering all records prior to their appointment.
Confirming appointments and helping to maintain a full schedule.
Scheduling appointments.
Sending all necessary pre appointment forms to patients.
Verifying and updating all patient demographics.
Verifying dental insurance benefits.
Responsible for answering and managing incoming phone calls- including new patient inquires, emergencies, appointment scheduling, records requests and follow up.
Handle all incoming email correspondence with accuracy and timeliness.
Provide customer support by addressing inquiries, offering information about services or products, and ensuring a positive experience.
Coordinate internal and external referring provider correspondence.
Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
