About the Role:
Miles of Smiles Dentistry LLC in Flemington, NJ is looking for a friendly and organized Front Desk Dental Receptionist/Treatment Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our practice. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a patient-focused dental team where your communication skills and attention to detail will make a real difference in every patient's experience.
Responsibilities:
Greet and check in patients, creating a warm and welcoming front desk experience
Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments using dental practice management software
Present and explain treatment plans to patients, addressing questions and concerns with clarity
Verify dental insurance benefits and process claims accurately and efficiently
Collect co-pays, manage billing, and handle patient account inquiries
Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow throughout the office
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
Requirements:
Prior dental front desk or treatment coordinator experience strongly preferred
Familiarity with dental terminology, CDT codes, and insurance verification processes
Proficiency with dental practice management software (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or similar)
Excellent interpersonal and patient communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with experience in billing, collections, or treatment plan presentation
Professional, positive, and compassionate demeanor with a patient-first attitude
