FRONT DESK DENTAL RECEPTIONISTS

The Dental Receptionist position plays a key role in delivering exceptional patient care and administrative support within our Pediatric Dental Practice. The successful candidate will play a key role in a proactive approach to ensure a seamless patient experience by managing appointments, handling inquiries, maintaining accurate records, and fostering a welcoming environment that supports efficiency and a positive reputation.

Job Description:
Manage appointment scheduling to optimize the dentist's time.

Greet patients and handle patient inquiries about services, insurance, and payment options.

Manage dental and medical documentation and maintain accurate dental records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Collaborate with dental staff to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in a dental practice or healthcare setting.

Insurance knowledge.

Efficiently handle patient interactions and administrative tasks.

Previous experience with Dentrix is a PLUS, but not required.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and adhering to privacy regulations
Excellent communication skills, and FLUENT in both English and Spanish.

Pay: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour
