Front Desk Medical Receptionist

Join our Pediatric therapy clinic team as a Front Desk Medical Receptionist, where your energy and organizational skills will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors. In this vital role, you will manage session check-ins, handle administrative tasks with precision, and ensure a smooth flow of clinic operations. Duties
Greet patients and visitors warmly, providing excellent customer service and guiding them through check-in and check-out processes
Manage daily scheduling including incoming referrals
Maintain accurate medical records by filing documents, reviewing documentation for completeness, and updating patient information in compliance with HIPAA regulations
Proven experience in a medical office setting or healthcare environment with strong front desk or administrative support skills
Ability to handle sensitive health information in accordance with HIPAA regulations while maintaining confidentiality
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Google sheets and document management
Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail for appointment scheduling, documentation review, and filing tasks
Prior 2 years minimum clinic or medical front desk experience required.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
