Job Description
We are a premier Orthopaedic Surgery practice seeking an experienced receptionist for our upscale Ogden office. We pride ourselves on excellent patient care and service. We are seeking candidates who have exceptional customer service skills to greet, check in and assist our Physical Therapy and Orthopedic patients. MUST HAVE PREVIOUS Medical Office Reception experience. This is a Full Time position.
Duties and responsibilities:
· Greeting patients in person and on telephone
· Checking in and out
· Verifying & Collecting Co-pays and Account balances
· Booking future appointments
· Making sure waiting room is presentable
· Assisting patients with any scheduling questions
Qualifications
· One year of medical reception experience is required
· Positive attitude is a must
· Excellent computer & typing skills
· Professional appearance and demeanor (uniform scrubs provided after 90 days)
· Candidate must be able to take initiative
