Front Desk Medical Receptionist

Position: Front Desk Receptionist– Fulfilled Care
At Fulfilled Care Psychiatry, the Front Desk Coordinator plays a vital role as the first point of contact for our patients. We are seeking a warm, organized, and detail-oriented individual to help maintain the daily flow of our outpatient psychiatric clinic and deliver outstanding support to both patients and providers.

Primary Responsibilities:
Greet all visitors and patients with professionalism and warmth, creating a welcoming environment
Manage scheduling for psychiatric assessments and follow-up appointments
Conduct insurance eligibility checks and explain coverage details to patients
Handle payments and co-pays (note: most transactions are processed automatically)
Answer incoming calls, respond to patient questions, and route messages appropriately
Partner with the psychiatrist to streamline patient care, support billing processes, and enhance service delivery
Support general administrative operations to keep the practice running efficiently
Preferred Qualifications:
High school diploma required; associate degree or additional education is a plus
Prior experience working as a receptionist in a healthcare, behavioral health, or psychiatry practice is required
Familiarity with insurance verification and billing practices
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-centered approach
Excellent multitasking and time-management capabilities
Comfortable working independently in a solo provider setting
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
