Job Description
We are looking for someone with a great personality, positive attitude, team player and reliable. The position is for a check in/check out receptionist. You are one of the first persons our patients meet, so exceptional customer service is required. Travel to partner clinic is required.
Located: Euclid
Requirements:
Bilingual English & Spanish is a must
Must be computer proficient
Preferred Qualifications:
Medical Assistant Certificate
Previous Medical Office Experience
CPR certified
Job Functions:
Checking in/out patients
Schedule appointments
Collecting co-pays
Updating demographics
Scanning in new patient paperwork, release forms, and insurance cards.
Answering phone calls, calling patients to confirm appointments, and rescheduling appointments
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
