Front Desk Medical Receptionist

We are a fast-paced medical office seeking a positive, self-motivated person to add to our team long term!

Position includes, but is not limited to:
 Greeting patients at check in and check out
 Ensuring all patient paperwork is complete and accurate
 Check in and register patients in EMR
 Schedule appointments and new patient referrals
 Collect payments
 Coordinating financial agreements
 Answer phones/ route calls appropriately
 Call patients for appointment reminders
 Maintaining a clean and well organized office setting
 Performing other duties as assigned
 Excellent customer service and communication skills are mandatory.
 Must be dependable and professional
 Multitasking is essential and must be able to perform in a high volume environment

 Front office medical experience preferred
