Join our dynamic team as a Front Desk - Office Assistant (Intake / Reception), where you will be the welcoming face and organizational hub of our clinic. This vital role combines front desk responsibilities with administrative support, ensuring smooth daily operations and exceptional customer service. Responsibilities
Greet patients, visitors, and staff warmly, providing excellent customer service and clear directions.

Multi-task efficiently in a high-volume environment, effectively managing the front desk flow while directing inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.

Handle intake procedures, including collecting necessary information, verifying insurance, collecting patient co-pays, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate records.

Maintain a tidy and organized reception area, ensuring all materials are current and accessible.

Support office management tasks such as filing, data entry, calendar management, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

Utilize computer skills for daily operations.

Assist with clerical duties including photocopying, faxing, mailing, and updating patient files as needed.

Requirements
Bilingual abilities (fluent in English and Spanish) to serve our patient population effectively.

Minimum of 1 year of receptionist, front desk, or medical office experience required.

Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to handle phone systems confidently.

Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, data entry, etc.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to type quickly and accurately while maintaining attention to detail; proofreading skills are a plus.

Experience in calendar management and time management is advantageous.
