Job Description
Dentistry for Children and Adolescents is looking for a friendly, reliable, outgoing, and motivated team member to join our pediatric dental team!
We are hiring for either a Front Desk Receptionist OR a Dental Assistant. You will be considered for the position that best matches your experience, strengths, and interests. You will NOT be expected to perform both roles.
If you have customer service or front-office experience, we would love to hear from you. If you're interested in becoming a dental assistant but don't have dental experience, that's okay! We provide on-the-job training, and prior dental assisting experience or certification is not required.
Front Desk Receptionist
Our front desk team plays an important role in creating a welcoming experience for our patients and their families. Responsibilities include:
Greeting patients and parents with a friendly and professional attitude
Scheduling and managing appointments
Checking patients in and out
Verifying insurance
Answering phones and assisting families with questions
Providing excellent customer service
Performing other front-office duties as needed
Front desk experience or dental knowledge is preferred but not required. Customer service experience and a positive, personable attitude are important.
Dental Assistant
Our dental assistants work alongside our dentists to provide excellent care to children, teenagers, and patients with special needs. Responsibilities include:
Assisting the dentist during treatment procedures
Setting up and breaking down operatories
Taking dental radiographs (x-rays) after appropriate training
Providing patients and parents with post-treatment instructions
Educating patients on proper oral hygiene
Maintaining a clean and organized clinical environment
Performing other clinical duties as needed
No prior dental assisting experience is required. No dental assistant certification is required. We provide on-the-job training for the right candidate!

SchedulePay
Full-time | Monday–Thursday with half-day Fridays every other week
No nights or weekends required.
$16.50–$19.00 per hour, based on experience and how well you complement our dental team, plus daily overtime for hours worked beyond 8 hours.
