About the Job
The Front Desk Patient Advocate (FDPA) will act as the "face" of the Compleat Rehab clinic, providing excellent customer service while also onboarding new patients, managing their treatment schedules, and providing billing and payment collection support.
Requirements
Pass a Background Check
Associate degree proffered
Ability to multi-task
Outstanding customer service skills
2 years front desk/receptionist experience would be nice.
Bi-lingual (English and Spanish) Preferred
