About the Role
The Front Desk Patient Advocate (FDPA) serves as the face of the clinic and plays a vital role in delivering excellent customer service while supporting daily clinic operations.
Key responsibilities include:
Greeting patients and families with warmth and professionalism
Onboarding new patients and guiding families through the intake process
Managing and coordinating patient treatment schedules
Supporting billing processes and assisting with payment collection
Collaborating with clinical and administrative staff to ensure smooth clinic operations
Qualifications
At least 2 years of front desk or receptionist experience preferred
Strong multitasking and organizational skills
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to pass a background check
Physical Demands
This role involves typical office-related activities, including sitting, standing, walking, using standard office equipment, and viewing computer or mobile device screens.
