Front Desk / Patient Experience Coordinator — Upscale Dental Practice

We are seeking an exceptional Front Desk / Patient Experience Coordinator to become the face of our modern, high-end dental practice.

We are looking for someone who understands that the front desk is much more than answering phones and scheduling appointments—it sets the tone for the entire patient experience.

The Role
Responsibilities include welcoming patients, managing the appointment schedule, answering and directing calls, coordinating patient care, handling administrative responsibilities, and ensuring that every interaction reflects the professionalism and elevated standards of our practice.

Dental front desk experience is preferred, but we are willing to consider an outstanding candidate from a luxury hospitality, cosmetic medical, high-end retail, concierge, or other premium client-service environment.

We are looking for someone who doesn’t simply work at the front desk—we want someone who can own the patient experience and become an important part of the identity and culture of our practice.

Experience
Dental front desk / dental patient coordination: Preferred
Luxury hospitality, cosmetic medical, concierge, or premium customer service experience: Considered
Spanish/English bilingual: A strong plus
