Front Desk Patient Representative – MedSpa

MarSha MedSpa is looking for a friendly, dependable, organized, and motivated Front Desk Patient Representative to join our team.

This is more than a traditional receptionist position. You will be an important part of the patient experience—from the first phone call or text through scheduling, treatment, checkout, rebooking, and follow-up.

Responsibilities
Greet patients and provide excellent customer service
Answer phone calls, texts, and online inquiries
Schedule and confirm appointments
Follow up with new leads and help convert inquiries into appointments
Check patients in and out and process payments
Learn our services, pricing, specials, memberships, and financing options
Educate patients about available services and promotions
Rebook patients and help maintain full provider schedules
Follow up on missed calls, cancellations, and unbooked leads
Ask satisfied patients for reviews
Assist with membership and skincare/product sales
Maintain accurate patient information
Keep the front desk organized and professional
Work closely with providers and estheticians to create an excellent patient experience
Who We're Looking For
We are looking for someone who is:
Warm, friendly, and professional
Dependable and punctual
Confident speaking with patients in person, by phone, and by text
Organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable discussing pricing and promotions
Comfortable with sales and helping convert inquiries into appointments
Able to multitask in a busy environment
Proactive and able to solve routine problems independently
Interested in learning about aesthetics, skincare, and wellness
Comfortable with computers and learning new software
Previous experience in a medspa, medical office, dental office, spa, hospitality, customer service, or sales is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right person.

Spanish-speaking is a plus.

Compensation & Growth
Starting at $15/hour during training, with the opportunity for pay increases based on successful completion of training, performance, experience, and ability to work independently.

Location: MarSha MedSpa – Garner, NC
Pay: Starting at $15/hour + growth opportunities and performance incentives
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
