Front Desk Patient Services Representative

The Center for Sleep Medicine is an AASM-accredited, 100% employee-owned company. We are seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Front Desk Patient Services Representative to join our growing team.

This position will provide front desk support at both our Naperville location (3 days per week) and our Orland Park location (1 day per week), with flexibility to adjust between the two locations as needed to support coverage and operational needs.

Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Location: Naperville (2 days/week) and Orland Park (2 days/week)

Key Responsibilities:
Greet patients and visitors, distribute required paperwork, and collect completed forms
Scan insurance cards and driver’s licenses, collect copays and account balances
Schedule, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments
Answer patient inquiries and assist callers from other departments
Manage patient records by scanning, renaming, and linking documents daily into the electronic chart system
Process and fax reports, maintain logs, and assist clinical staff as needed
Manage office supplies and assist with training new employees
Collaborate with the team to ensure consistent processes and excellent patient service
What We’re Looking For:
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High level of organization and the ability to multitask and prioritize
Basic computer proficiency
Previous experience with EMR systems, appointment scheduling, or front desk/reception is preferred but not required

This pay range reflects the Company's current estimate for this position at the time of posting.
