Job description
We are looking for a front desk receptionist to join our medical practice front office team. Our company is a growing ENT practice with a collaborative environment, strong teamwork focus, and an inclusive culture that fosters open communication. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Greeting, checking in/out patients for their scheduled appointments
Answering calls and directing to the appropriate personnel
Verifying insurance coverage, collecting fees and balances according to insurance guidelines
Navigating EMR system and insurance portals efficiently
Performing all job duties in a fast-paced environment
Completing daily front desk tasks
Effectively communicating with other departments
