We are seeking a dedicated and professional experienced and mature Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our fee for service medical practice. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional customer service skills and have a strong background in office management. As the Front Desk Receptionist, you will be responsible for managing front desk operations, providing administrative support, and ensuring a positive experience for all patients.
Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
Manage phone systems, directing calls efficiently and responding to inquiries with courtesy.
Perform clerical duties including data entry, filing, and maintaining organized records to support office operations.
Maintain an organized front desk area, ensuring that all materials are readily available for staff and visitors.
Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while providing customer support to address inquiries or concerns effectively.
Skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry and documentation.
Previous experience as a dental receptionist or medical receptionist mandatory.
Demonstrated proficiency in office management practices with a focus on customer service excellence.
Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively while maintaining high productivity levels.
