About Neway.
We are a boutique fertility clinic located on the Upper West Side of Manhattan, part of one of the largest fertility networks in the world, Maria Fertility Hospital.
We were founded in 1989 by Dr. Jin-Ho Lim, a world leader in natural IVF and In Vitro Maturation and has been responsible for the birth of over 70,000 IVF babies as of 2014, with 10 state of the art facilities throughout Korea,
Maria Fertility sees anywhere from 1300-1500 patients per day and is responsible for over 20,000 egg retrievals per year.
What is the Front Desk Receptionist?
The role of the Front Desk Receptionist is to be the first point of contact for our patients, with a fresh face and smile, greeting each patient as people rather than a number. Someone who understands the value of compassionate service and can help provide a personalized service to each patient who walks through our door.
The Front Desk Receptionist provides administrative support to ensure efficient patient care and serve as a liaison between the patient and clinical personnel./
Medical Office Responsibilities Include:
Customer service
Check in/out patients
Patient registration
Answer phones
Prepare medical records
Scheduling patient appointments
Typing various correspondence, generating reports
Maintaining patient files
Verify Insurance
Collecting payments
Maintains office inventory
Medical Office Receptionist Candidate Attributes:
Energetic and approachable with a desire to put patients first
Courteous to patients and team members
Works well in a team setting
Has excellent communication, organizational, time management and follow up skills
Contributes to a positive and caring workplace culture
Ability to multitask and manage responsibilities in a fast-paced work environment
Experience and proficiency in navigating an electronic health record
Familiarity with patient intake and insurance
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
