Location: Integrative Healthcare Solutions – A Busy, Established and Growing Chiropractic Clinic in Jacksonville Beach, FL
We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and highly organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our dynamic team! Our clinic provides an upbeat and fast-paced environment, perfect for a professional who thrives on multitasking and delivering excellent patient service.
Schedule:
Monday – Friday: 8:15 AM – 12:30 PM & 1:45 PM – 6:00 PM (approximately 40 hours/week)
Tuesday afternoons off
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and check in/check out patients with a warm and professional demeanor
Answer phone calls and assist with patient inquiries
Schedule and confirm patient appointments
Verify insurance benefits and process necessary paperwork
Handle general administrative and office tasks as needed
Ideal Candidate Qualities:
Positive, outgoing, and enthusiastic personality
Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills
Highly organized and adaptable to a fast-paced environment
Self-motivated and eager to contribute to a team
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Preferred Experience:
1+ year of customer service or patient relations experience
1+ year of experience in a healthcare setting (preferred but not required)
