Job Description
Busy surgeon’s office in Lafayette is seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable full-time Front Desk Receptionist to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Answer and manage a high volume of phone calls
Schedule appointments and assist patients with check-in/check-out
Enter and maintain patient information in our electronic medical records system
Provide excellent customer service to patients and visitors
Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth daily operations
Qualifications:
Previous medical office or receptionist experience preferred
Strong phone and communication skills
Comfortable working with electronic medical record (EMR) systems
Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Positive, professional attitude
Schedule:
Full-time, Monday through Friday
No weekends
