We pride ourselves on providing exceptional client experiences, the latest in advanced treatments, and a warm, professional environment. Our Front Desk Concierge team plays a vital role in ensuring every client feels welcomed, cared for, and supported throughout their visit.
Position Overview
The Front Desk Concierge is the first point of contact for clients and a key support role for our providers, sales, and management team. This position requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to create a positive client experience from the moment guests arrive until they leave the spa.
What You’ll Do:
Be the friendly, welcoming face that greets every client - you will be the first impression of YMS!
Answer phones, assist with scheduling, confirmations, and daily communication
Deescalate potential conflict and assist in resolving issues quickly, discreetly, and professionally
Support the team with laundry, restocking, and keeping the spa guest-ready
Manage daily appointment confirmations, cancellations, and provider notifications via EMR charting and DaySmart.
Ensure all client intake forms, IDs, and paperwork are completed accurately.
Oversee daily operations of the front desk including phones, iPads, and client check-in systems.
Collaborate with providers and management to ensure smooth daily operations
Help maintain a polished, professional environment where clients feel cared for
What We’re Looking For
Outgoing, positive attitude – you love people and bring great energy to the team
Preferred experience in a medical spa, plastic surgery office, or luxury hospitality
High school diploma or equivalent required
Team player who isn’t afraid to jump in and help wherever needed
Strong multitasking and organizational skills
Professional communication and polished appearance
Must have open availability for shifts: Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays 8:30-5:30 and 9:30-6:30, Tuesdays and Thursdays 9:30-6:30 and 10:30-7:30 with an hour lunch break.
Please note: We cannot accommodate candidates currently attending school or those requiring set days off
