We are looking for a reliable, organized, and customer-service-oriented Dental Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive attitude to support daily administrative functions. Responsibilities
Greet and check in patients in a warm and professional manner
Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
Verify dental insurance eligibility and benefits
Collect co-pays and process payments
Manage patient records and update information in the system
Confirm appointments and manage daily schedule
Assist with treatment plan coordination as needed
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Qualifications
Previous dental front desk experience preferred (1+ year)
Knowledge of dental insurance (PPO, HMO, MassHealth preferred)
Experience with dental software (Eaglesoft preferred)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace tools, and data entry skills.
Excellent phone etiquette with experience handling multi-line phone systems and customer service interactions.
Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively.
Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
