Coastal Eye Care is a busy, 4-location optometry practice. We are seeking a detail-oriented, career-minded, and quick-learning Front Desk Medical Receptionist to join our team at our Long Beach location! If you are friendly, outgoing, and passionate about delivering top-tier patient care, we’d love to connect with you.
Key Responsibilities
Greet patients warmly and handle check-in/check-out processes efficiently.
Manage incoming phone calls, patient scheduling, and administrative office tasks.
Adapt quickly to daily clinic needs and collaborate effectively with our care team.
Deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
What We’re Looking For
Strong critical thinking, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills.
Friendly, outgoing demeanor with a passion for patient service.
Prior experience in patient care, customer service, front-desk operations, or office administration preferred (but we will train the right person!).

Competitive Pay: Starting at $20–$23/hour (higher starting wage for candidates with relevant experience).
