We are a busy orthodontic specialty practice seeking a Full-Time Front Office Coordinator and Call Center Representative to join our team. This is an entry-level position, and no prior orthodontic experience is required. We are committed to training the right candidate who is motivated, dependable, and eager to learn and grow with our company.

Responsibilities
Schedule & reschedule patient appointments
Process payments
Verify insurance benefits and eligibility
Answering incoming phone calls
Check and respond to voicemail messages
Provide outstanding customer service to patients and families
Assist with daily administrative and front office duties
Qualifications
Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
High School Diploma required
Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation required
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Dependable with excellent attendance and punctuality
Team-oriented and supportive of coworkers
Ability to lift and carry up to 10 pounds
Schedule
Job Type: Full-Time
Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
